What does a concept blueprint cost?
Blueprint turns an early idea into a working prototype you can show. It's 4 500 €, one time, fixed from day one: half on kickoff, half on delivery. No estimates that turn into invoices.
How long does a concept blueprint take?
Blueprint runs two to three weeks. Week one locks the concept and positioning. Week two is visual identity, key screens, and a running prototype. Week three is polish, one round of revisions, and hand-off.
What does an AI context setup cost?
Context is 4 000 € to set up, then a retainer from 1 000 €/mo. The setup turns how you think and how your company runs into structured context files your AI reads, across three working sessions in two to three weeks. That is roughly four hours of your time in conversation.
What do I get for the monthly Context retainer?
The retainer keeps your context true as the company changes. Every session surfaces gaps, and I close them by updating the files and refining the instructions. Write context once and it drifts, and you notice months later. That's the part the retainer fixes.
What's the difference between Blueprint and Context?
Blueprint is a concept blueprint: an early idea becomes real software you can show, and then it's finished. Context is an AI setup that keeps running: your AI starts each session knowing how you think instead of starting from zero.
